This is a full time day shift position Monday- Friday 0900-1730 located at Carmel Valley. Call is 3 hours 1x/week. This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives of 4K, and Relocation assistance.

Responsibilities Include:

Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience. Provides direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice. Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the hospital setting. Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration. Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

* Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)

* Must remain in original department/specialty

* Must remain in original Job Title

* Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required

• One (1) year of RN experience in the Operating Room (Circulating) Inpatient or Outpatient
• California Registered Nurse License
• Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
• Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Prior ASC experience
• Circulating experience in Orthopedics and Ophthalmology
