Research Program Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a Research Program Coordinator who will focused on requiring support for a particular qualitative study that is already IRB approved, however, support with additional studies—within the parameters and weekly hour limits specified on this posting might be requested.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruiting participants.
- Writing IRB protocols.
- Assisting with scheduling interviews or research activities with the investigators and participants.
- Assisting with remuneration.
- Collecting and storing data in an orderly and secure fashion in compliance with JH protocols.
- Timely, responsible communication via email (and occasionally by phone) with participants and the investigators is helpful.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
- Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to interact with research participants and investigators in a responsible and timely manner.
- Experience with coordinating research, scheduling study tasks, handling study materials (e.g., interview recordings) and completing IRBs are preferred.

Role/Level/Range: ACRO40/E/03/CD
Starting Salary Range: $17.20 - $30.30 HRLY ($7,000 targeted; Commensurate with experience)

Schedule: As needed, hours are flexible
