We're looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager ready to design and manage programs that attract and retain top talent. If you thrive on data-driven decisions, creating fair and competitive rewards, and helping employees understand their value, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Compensation Design & Management
- Develop and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluation processes to ensure fair and competitive pay.
- Conduct market analyses to benchmark salaries and maintain internal equity.
- Lead the annual merit review and bonus programs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and classification systems to reflect evolving roles.
Benefits Program Oversight
- Help design and manage health plans, retirement programs, wellness initiatives, and perks that support employee well-being.
- Act as the primary contact for benefit providers, brokers, and consultants to ensure quality service.
- Oversee open enrollment and provide clear, engaging communications to help employees navigate their benefits.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and other applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Support audits and reporting requirements with organized documentation.
Employee Support & Communication
- Be the go-to person for employees on compensation and benefits questions.
- Develop clear communication materials and training sessions to help employees understand and appreciate their rewards.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field, preferred.
- 5-10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits (international experience is a plus).
- Strong skills in data analysis, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation/benefits tools.
- Effective communication skills to break down complex concepts.
- Solid understanding of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
