Our Student Life team is searching for the Associate Director for Career Development who will co-lead the career development portfolio for undergraduate art and design students. You will assist with strategic planning, capacity building, event planning, and program development to ensure students are well-prepared to launch successful careers in their chosen fields. The Associate Director will collaborate with faculty, alumni, and industry partners to create a network supporting student career development. You will report to the Director of Student Life. You will be eligible for a hybrid work modality, combining the benefits of both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility and ensure collaboration with the team and the larger community.
